DATA ABOUT THE OPERATOR

The UNDE Service is managed by the company “UNDE DIGITAL” SRL, registered on 10.04.2023 under registration number IDNO: 1023600017385, with its headquarters at Republic of Moldova, Chișinău city, Decebal Boulevard 6/4, office (ap.) 173.

In its activity, the company adheres to the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova to ensure the confidentiality of all information collected through the website www.unde.md and the UNDE Android and iOS applications:

• The Constitution of the Republic of Moldova;
• Law on the protection of personal data no. 133 of July 2011;
• Law on access to information No. 982 of May 2000;
• Requirements for ensuring the security of personal data processing within personal data information systems, approved by Government Decision no. 1123 of December 14, 2010.

WHAT CATEGORIES OF DATA ABOUT THE USER OF THE UNDE SERVICE ARE PROCESSED?

To create and process an order, the following data are requested:

• Name and surname (not verified, pseudonyms may be used);
• Email address;
• Mobile phone number.

This information is processed for the purpose of user profile registration. The location specified by the user when publishing an announcement is optional.

Additionally, if you access UNDE's paid services and pay online using a bank card, you will be redirected to the page of the commercial bank you are a client of. At the same time, “UNDE DIGITAL” SRL will reflect in its accounting system the data of the payer:

• Name and surname;
• Banking details (bank card account, data about the bank servicing you).
